Wow! What a week it has been. I was delighted with how the Power Seminar went on Tuesday. Everyone seemed to get something out of it and judging by the feedback sheets and emails I have received, it certainly hit the mark.

The interesting thing is that I really wasn’t saying anythiing that the delegates did not already know, but we all need to be reminded from time to time. I constantly read books and listen to CDs about personal development. I just love it! I always pick up something new and always, without fail, feel motivated and ready to take action. And that my friends is what it is all about – ACTION!

I will be running the Power workshops in Folkestone in a few weeks time, hopefully from the UCF so keep logging on for more details.

I am now planning my next seminar which will be in Canterbury. More details to follow.
