Sometimes you just need to get on with it. Starting your own business can be quite scary, but if you read Susan Jeffers’ book, Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway (see Jill Recommends) you will see that she says:-

Pushing through fear is less frightening than living with the underlying fear that comes from a feeling of helplessness.

It really helps when you have someone like Jo who brings you to that point of action. I say to her ‘You tell me what I need to do and by when’. I then do it! Who is your ‘Jo’?
